Equipment:	Scientific instrumentation and testing, telecommunications infrastructure, manufacturing, material handling, computer hardware and software, office furniture, and other equipment essential to business operation.
Lease Term:	18 - 36 months
Lease Structure:	Both Operating and Capital Leases considered
Equity Investment:	Minimum $3.0 million equity investment by a recognized venture capital firm and/or large corporation
Financial Information:	Full financial disclosure including prospectus, projections and current balance sheet and income statement
Industry:	All industry segments considered
Geographic:	United States and Canada
Warrants:	Not required, in fact most of our transactions are structured without warrants
